Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Able to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Punch Press and support equipment.
• Set up dies and operate shop equipment.
• Set up material and shear material.
• Deburr and sand parts to size; clean parts.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Participate in process improvement with Manufacturing Engineering and supervision.
• Perform 1st article inspections using calipers and other basic measuring tools.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are operational; clean machines and tooling.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
