Voyager Technologies is a space, defense, and national security technology company advancing mission-critical solutions. We seek a Proposal Writer to join the Proposal Development Team and craft technically credible aerospace proposals for NASA, the DoW, and other customers.

This role suits engineers or scientists who enjoy blending prose with graphics. You'll work under the Director of Proposal Development to gather information, draft content, and ensure proposals meet guidelines, timelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees or internships may be considered in lieu of experience.
• 2+ years in aerospace or related field.
• Ability to read graphs, equations, units, and technical jargon.
• Experience writing technical proposals, white papers, or reports.
• Ability to communicate technical topics through prose and graphics.
• Strong critical thinking to identify and correct errors.
• Excellent writing with good grammar, flow, and conciseness.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Drive to deliver, improve, and succeed.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft technically credible, competitive aerospace proposals for NASA, DoW, and other customers.
• Create original proposal content including product descriptions and specifications.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather technical information for proposals.
• Review documentation and convert into polished proposal content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers for visual content.
• Assemble, review, and edit proposals for accuracy and guidelines.
• Address feedback from stakeholders and rework content.
• Manage document assembly, layout, and formatting.
• Create and maintain templates, boilerplate copy, and proposal libraries.
• Create and manage compliance checklists.
