Voyager Technologies is seeking a Proposal Writer to join its Proposal Development Team. The successful candidate will write technical proposals for NASA, DoW, and other government customers, collaborating with engineers and scientists to craft credible content.

The role requires a technical background, strong writing ability, and experience turning complex information into compelling proposals with clear graphics and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and ability to read graphs, math, and technical jargon.
• 2+ years in aerospace or related field with experience writing technical proposals or reports.
• Ability to communicate technical topics through prose and graphics.
• Strong grammar, flow, and conciseness with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft technically credible, competitive aerospace proposals for NASA, DoW, and government customers.
• Create content descriptions, technical specs, and performance requirements.
• Interview SMEs to gather information and incorporate it into proposals.
• Review and convert technical docs into polished proposal content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers for visual representations of content.
• Assemble, review, and edit proposals for accuracy and guidelines compliance.
• Address stakeholder feedback by reworking proposal content.
• Manage document assembly, layout, formatting in Word/Adobe tools.
• Maintain templates, boilerplate copy, and proposal libraries.
• Create and manage compliance checklists to meet document requirements.
