You will write, edit, and summarize technical requirements, collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Mission Management, and Business Development to shape winning strategies.

This is a technical role requiring reading complex documents, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with submission rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related area.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a writer/editor.
• 2+ years publishing professional documents.
• Ability to communicate technical material clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency with planning and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit technical proposals for submission.
• Own the proposal process and drive improvements.
• Read, understand, and summarize complex customer requirements.
• Break down work, manage inputs from technical experts, and schedule tasks.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules.
• Assist with graphics and material development for proposals.
• Edit for clarity, accuracy, and readability.
• Ensure compliance with submission rules.
• Maintain repository of proposal information; assist other teams as needed.
