Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end execution of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and customer relations to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery to high technical standards.

This temporary contract position with third-party placement requires strong planning, budgeting, and risk management, plus experience with SAP and MS Office/Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Program Management or equivalent (4) years of experience.
• At least four years of project management experience in production or technical environment.
• Budgeting experience.
• Technical understanding of data packages and engineering documents.
• Proven ability to break complex issues into work packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of aircraft MRO projects with cross-functional teams.
• Align objectives with engineering, operations and procurement resources.
• Monitor master plans, schedules, and governance; adjust as needed.
• Drive performance to schedule, cost, and technical commitments.
• Propose and manage customer agreements/contracts and weekly status routines.
• Represent Airbus with customers to meet contractual requirements and delivery milestones.
• Manage risks and drive issue resolution to closure.
• Develop and maintain repair campaign plans and capacity analyses.
