TAT Technologies in Tulsa is seeking a Project Manager with strong analytical and planning skills to manage internal or customer-driven aerospace projects, delivering every initiative on time, within budget, and to scope and quality requirements.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from requirements and design iterations to validation, certification (FAA/industry standards), and production readiness—collaborating across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Project Management.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required.
• PMP certification or training preferred.
• Experience in a matrix organization with international reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects of moderate complexity ensuring aerospace requirements compliance.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from requirements and design to validation and certification (FAA/standards).
• Design and implement an operational plan with milestones and risk identification.
• Assess and mitigate risks using project management tools and internal systems.
• Develop and maintain schedules and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations to identify solutions to production problems.
