Job summary

Accurate Tooling Solutions in Michigan is seeking an experienced Aerospace Project Manager to lead complex tooling projects from award to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure AS9100 compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in aerospace project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Project to drive on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, tooling, fabrication, machining, and assembly operations.
• Experience working within AS9100 quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
