Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Specialist II to support and manage key programs, driving operational excellence and stakeholder alignment. The role reports to the Senior Program Director and follows a hybrid schedule at the location hired.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking progress, evaluating training, and ensuring data quality. The position is part of a rotating 18-month program with exposure to NPD, project controls, and program management

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business or related Degree (with Program Management coursework)
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be able to gain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute the activities on New Product Development in the roles of program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, Sourcing, and through proposal to production phases of a program.
• Use your agility and ability to support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics while learning the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team.
• Complete the designed rotations and evaluations per Rotational PM program design.
• Track program progress and performance metrics, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
