Responsibilities

• Execute activities on New Product Development in the roles of program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, Sourcing, and through proposal to production phases of a program.
• Support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics while learning the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team.
• Complete the designed rotations and evaluations per Rotational PM program design.
• Track program progress and performance metrics, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and success of program delivery by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing resources, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to meet project objectives and timelines. You will track participant progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain accessible, high-quality data. Additionally, you will manage SharePoint content and structure to ensure clear, up-to-date information. Your work will support data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen overall program performance. Salary Range: $82,400.00 - $103,000.00 . Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
