Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Quality Program professional for the GTF Program Quality Management team in the US. You will advocate for customers, drive quality improvements, and manage risk using PPAP core elements.

The role focuses on metrics, corrective actions, and reporting to ensure reliable performance. The ideal candidate has a technical/quality degree with extensive experience, willingness to travel up to 15%, and a track record in quality systems and complex engine components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business or quality field with 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
• Familiarity with quality systems and process improvement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the voice of the customer in decisions affecting quality and performance.
• Collaborate with functional groups to define and implement quality improvements.
• Use PPAP core elements to identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Maintain quality metrics, scorecards, corrective actions, and publish weekly/monthly reports.
• Identify production/delivery risks and ensure effective RCCA implementation.
