Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years of engineering/quality/manufacturing ops experience, or a Master's with 1+ year.
• Proficient in MS Office and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of root causes for escapes and non-conformances.
• Review First Article inspections and Process Tryouts.
• Audit product, process, and work instructions.
• Interface with Engineering groups and Customer Support to resolve technical issues.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to support CORE goals.
• Review regulatory changes and provide technical guidance.
