Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s RMS business in Moorestown, NJ seeks an Engineering Planner to coordinate plans and schedules for programs, monitor costs and budgets, and support negotiations with customers. You’ll analyze impacts on Engineering, Facilities, and labor to optimize resources and propose corrective actions.

In this role, you will track Cost Account data, coordinate teams, maintain schedules, and use agile tools like JIRA. Strong communication, data analysis, and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office tool suite and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and teammates.
• Experience analyzing and visualizing data using Tableau or Excel pivot tables.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track program Cost Account and provide financial reports.
• Assist with Program/Team coordination and planning.
• Develop and maintain Team schedule.
• Provide support in JIRA to Baseline Development Lead and Product Owner for various agile items.
• Maintain staffing profiles and organizational resource needs, utilizing Vemo as needed.
