Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating projects across Engineering, Quality, Finance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software and tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage aerospace product development and production programs from initiation through delivery.
• Oversee composite material suppliers and manufacturing vendors to meet schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, capacity, and delivery schedules to mitigate risks and prevent delays.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and action-item tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure design requirements and change management are on schedule.
• Partner with Quality to ensure AS9100 compliance and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance to monitor budgets, material costs, forecasting, and profitability.
• Work with Planning and Operations to align production schedules and deliveries.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate status, risks, and KPIs to management.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting schedule, cost, quality, or satisfaction.
• Support supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all project documentation meets requirements.
