• Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in project management, production planning, or technical coordination in aerospace/defense.
• Experienced with ERP systems and customer portals ensuring data alignment with shop floor status.
• Familiar with complex aerospace systems and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Align cross-functional teams to meet program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across departments to maintain cost and schedule.
• Expedite jobs through shop floor and internal work centers for on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate recovery dates and real-time production schedules with PMO and Production.
• Monitor risks, implement data-driven contingency plans, and manage KPI recovery.
