Job summary

Ingenium Aerospace LLC in Rockford, IL is seeking a Program Manager to lead aerospace development programs from launch through first production. You will coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and the customer to maintain schedules, meet milestones, and ensure delivery and satisfaction.

Required are 5+ years in aerospace program management, US citizenship, and strong communication skills. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this on-site role at our Rockford facility.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years aerospace program management experience.
• Strong problem solving and written/oral communications skills.
• Experience with international suppliers on a global scale.
• Willingness to travel and work in customer-facing environments.
• U.S. Citizen Only and able to obtain necessary clearances.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed program plans and schedules through product development.
• Serve as the customer’s go-to representative for Ingenium Aerospace.
• Review SOWs and POs to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Provide regular updates on program activities with customers.
• Lead design reviews (PDRs/CDRs) and coordinate across disciplines.
• Maintain schedule adherence and communicate with engineering, purchasing, and QA.
• Ensure tax compliance and revenue objectives are met.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful launches.
