JGA Space & Defense is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate customer programs across our aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. The role spans from order intake through manufacturing, delivery, and post-delivery support, with opportunities to lead multi-program initiatives based on experience.

Candidates may range from early-career professionals expanding their PM responsibilities to seasoned leaders managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of program management or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities involving production schedules, customer requirements, delivery commitments, and priorities.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, shop-management software, and production scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support or independently manage customer programs from order acceptance through production and final delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor production schedules, work orders, and capacity constraints using ERP/MRP data.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, production trackers, and status updates for customers.
• Identify bottlenecks and schedule risks; coordinate corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Lead or participate in customer meetings to communicate program status and delivery commitments.
• Support quotations with lead-time estimates and capacity assessments.
