Job summary

Qualdoc is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead major aerospace and defense programs, interfacing with prime contractors, government customers, and aviation partners.

The role owns end-to-end program execution from award to delivery, driving technical excellence, schedule reliability, financial performance, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of program management experience in aerospace or defense.
• Experience leading aviation, mission, or aircraft modification programs with $50M+ scope.
• Experience with government contracting and DoD agencies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for major contracts and future aviation programs.
• Own program performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Lead daily program execution to ensure alignment with contract requirements and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to achieve milestones on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and AS9100D across program activities.
