Job summary

Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace company, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams, interface with customers, and drive program performance in terms of cost, schedule, and technical objectives. This role requires strong leadership and ability to navigate a matrix organization.

Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ERP-driven transactions, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing and aerospace experience.
• Program Manager certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to satisfy customer requirements across project phases.
• Manage customer orders and ERP transactions per defined processes.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, CAS, GAAP and GE procedures.
• Develop proposals for new business and coordinate with customers.
• Provide guidance to supply chain and manufacturing.
