Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager in Reno, NV to lead defense and national security programs. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and deliver critical propulsion projects for government customers.

The role requires DoD program leadership, IMS/IPS and EVM experience, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors. Hybrid work in Reno is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in program management including 7+ years in DoD propulsion programs.
• Experience with IMS/IPS, EVM, and large subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Produce program management documentation and CDRLs for reviews.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and facilities resources.
• Lead risk and issue management with timely escalation and actions.
• Serve as primary customer contact and participate in reviews.
