You will oversee schedules, milestones, and budgets, coordinate cross-functional efforts, identify risks, and communicate with internal teams and aerospace clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8+ years in aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Advanced degree with 3–5+ years preferred.
• Strong cost and schedule management, risk mitigation, and proposal prep.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team coordination.
• Effective stakeholder communication and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules, milestones, and budgets to meet objectives.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Identify potential program risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Serve as liaison for internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet priorities.
