Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Program Manager for its Pottsville, PA location. The role leads cross-functional teams to translate contracts into production plans and coordinates with customers on scope and schedules.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years in program/project management or related roles.

Responsibilities

Provide direction, tracking, coordination, and reporting for key programs with $15M-$50M revenues.
Act as customer liaison and coordinate with internal teams on work scopes and schedules.
Use program management tools to monitor progress, risks, and corrective actions.
Translate contracts into detailed work plans with cross-functional teams.
Lead bid/RFQ responses and pricing negotiations; track quote turn times.
Develop long-term business cases and manage changes through formal processes.
Coordinate with resources to remove roadblocks and meet schedule commitments.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
