Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a seasoned Program Manager to coordinate contracts and program execution for aerospace interiors. You will serve as the primary contact for technical and prototype contracts and drive project progress within budget and schedule.

You will communicate program status to executives using EVMS, facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration, and lead milestones and change orders to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in aerospace program management.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, certification, supply chain and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for program-related inquiries.
• Ensure Statement of Work and contract compliance for assigned projects.
• Monitor progress to schedule and budget; provide post-delivery support as needed.
• Communicate program status to leadership using EVMS and performance analysis.
• Coordinate milestone meetings and contractual coordination across teams.
• Oversee financial performance of work packages and control accounts.
• Guide Change Order process within approved thresholds.
• Maintain regular status updates and reports for clients and executives.
• Foster inter-departmental collaboration to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align vendor activities with project needs.
• Oversee Mod Center activity and scheduling.
• Negotiate revised delivery dates, costs, or other contract parameters.
