Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Program Manager for our Pottsville, PA location to lead cross-functional programs from planning through production. You will manage schedules, cost, and customer communications while coordinating internal teams to introduce new products.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in program/project management within manufacturing, aerospace, or composites and strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills, plus proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or similar graduate coursework is a plus but not required.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal direction, tracking, coordination, and reporting for programs with $15M-$50M revenue.
• Act as focal for customer interactions and technical coordination with levels of customer orgs.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure sales, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Translate contractual commitments into detailed work plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support bid/proposal process/RFQ responses to customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to respond to pricing and lead time requests and track quote performance.
