Job summary

LifePort is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead customer programs from initiation through delivery. You will chair cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-scope execution.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills, with experience in government or export-compliance contexts. A high level of initiative and independent work is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in project planning and leading a matrixed team through a project life cycle.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.
• Strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with government regulatory or other agencies; export compliance.
• DoD contracts and CPARS experience.
• Classified programs experience; FSO preferred.
• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED; engineering degree preferred; 5–10+ years PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, objectives, and scope.
• Confer with staff to outline work plans and assign duties and responsibilities.
• Manage the master schedule and project activities to meet deadlines and budget.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders; provide technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for risks and changes.
