Job summary

Albers Aerospace is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support financial planning, execution, and reporting for complex aerospace programs. You will partner with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, and Operations to deliver insight that drives program performance.

The ideal candidate has experience with government contracts and EVM, and will analyze labor, materials, and subcontract costs to forecast profitability and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Program Finance, FP&A, Program Controls, Cost Analysis or related roles.
• Experience supporting government contracts, aerospace, manufacturing, or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of FAR and government contracting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, pivots, lookups, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze program financial forecasts, budgets, and EACs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections.
• Monitor program performance against revenue, cost, margin, cash flow, and profitability targets.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support AOPs, strategic planning, and long-range forecasts.
• Generate recurring program financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support earned value and program performance tracking where applicable.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and program execution.
