Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management and participating on project teams; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships.
• Good communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Reliable attention to detail, even under deadline pressure.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to infrequent travel up to 10% of working time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program team members to keep tasks flowing as planned.
• Utilize project management tools as directed.
• Compile, organize, and check data.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Provide concise meeting minutes and next actions.
• Escalate schedule, cost, or scope slips.
• Uphold a positive, constructive culture using BN’s core values
• Other duties as assigned by Program Managers, the Director of Program Management, or others as delegated.
