Barber-Nichols’ Program Managers oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously. The Project Coordinator supports project and program execution with effective program administration, organization, and communication. The Project Coordinator works cross-functionally across the project team, tracking open action items and following up with engineering, supply chain, and operations stakeholders to drive tasks to closure. The Project Coordinator is also encouraged to propose process improvements, risk mitigations, and problem solutions. Project Coordinators may be deployed across program lifecycles from early product development to mature repeat manufacturing.
The salary range for this role is $52,000-$67,000 and is commensurate with the applicant’s experience. This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base for this position. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant’s qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
