Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Specialist II to coordinate program activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to requirements across cross-functional teams. The role is designed to accelerate your career growth in Program Management through rotations and targeted learning experiences.

You will report to the Senior Program Director from any location, with a hybrid work schedule, and have the opportunity to progress into a Program Manager role within Honeywell Aerospace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business or related Degree (with Program Management coursework).
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Execute activities on New Product Development in the roles of program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, Sourcing, and through proposal to production phases of a program.
• Support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics while learning the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team.
• Complete the designed rotations and evaluations per Rotational PM program design.
• Track program progress and performance metrics, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
