Job summary

AeroTEC is seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to coordinate programs and sales proposals at our Seattle, WA site. The role focuses on ensuring smooth program execution and adherence to AeroTEC's PMO processes, with emphasis on schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

The candidate should have a four-year degree and up to 3 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant program administration or proposal coordination experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and projects, plan and monitor execution.
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of small projects.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document actions.
• Create project schedules and track progress against plans.
• Monitor program progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and update program EACs, orders, revenue, earnings, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, procurement and installation teams to gather inputs for estimates and schedules.
