AeroTEC - Aerospace Testing Engineering & Certification Inc. is seeking a Program Manager I to lead small to mid-sized technical programs in Seattle. You'll be the primary customer contact and oversee project execution from contract award through completion.

As a Program Manager I, you will own program planning and execution from contract award through completion, serving as the primary customer interface and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments. You will play a critical role in coordinating engineering, manufacturing, certification, and test activities while proactively identifying risks and driving solutions. This position offers strong visibility, meaningful customer engagement, and a clear growth path into larger, more complex program leadership roles.
