Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and maintain training curricula for manufacturing processes. The role collaborates with Quality, Manufacturing and HR to identify training needs and resources, and to track training effectiveness. Candidates should have 2+ years of manufacturing training experience and knowledge of Convergence.

The position offers a robust benefits package and requires adherence to ITAR regulations as a DoD contractor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience training in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing processes and principles; Convergence experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Basic Assembly Drawings, Terminal Soldering, High Voltage Interconnectors, Hand Crimping, Bonding & Coating, SMT, IPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum based on needs assessment and schedule classes.
• Provide training in-house or through external resources as required.
• Determine training effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Audit operator conformance to specifications and maintain records.
