Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Elyria, Ohio is seeking a Production Test Technician-1st Shift to perform testing of pumps and components. You will set up and run test equipment and work with Engineering on new production pumps.

The role requires reading blueprints, using micrometers/calipers/height gauges, and recording data precisely; ITAR compliance and safety are essential. Shift is 6:30am–3:00pm with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; prior test experience preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge or machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret procedures.

Responsibilities

• Test products and operate test equipment per procedures.
• Assist engineering with production pump setups and testing of development units.
• Enter data into electronic measuring equipment and maintain records.
• Inspect products and verify they meet standards at each step.
