Job summary

Crane Company in Burbank, CA is seeking a Production Technician II on 1st shift (5:30am–2:00pm). You will perform hydraulic testing, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production of assigned products under limited direction to support high-volume test operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, performing all testing operations, calibrating and adjusting units, and creating non-conformance reports while following engineering drawings and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related field experience or equivalent education.
• Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting methods for circuitry and mechanical systems.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in production test operations.
• Perform all testing operations within the assigned functional area.
• Calibrate or adjust units and perform calculations for voltage, resistance, etc.
• Perform automated and manual testing using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Test units in other programs under supervision.
• Practice safe work habits per OSHA and Crane policy.
• Support CBS initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
