Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Production Technician III to assemble and test Small Unmanned Arial System products in our manufacturing facility. You will work from engineering drawings and assembly instructions, perform final assembly, and assist with documentation to maintain high-quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with tools, some soldering, and a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Typically 2 years of related manufacturing or production experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies with hand/power tools and may solder.
• Perform final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles.
• Test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Help improve assembly procedures and documentation with engineering.
• Support efficiency improvements with manufacturing engineers.
• Ensure work order protocols are followed and paperwork completed.
