Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is hiring an onsite Production Worker II for the 1st shift in Jacksonville, FL. You will work with composite technicians to assemble naval parts, following detailed procedures and safety rules.

The role involves operating presses, casting materials, and fabricating polyurethane components. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, be willing to obtain forklift certification, and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with 10–20 technicians under supervision to assemble naval parts.
• Follow procedures for parts, subassemblies, and larger components.
• Operate presses, ovens, and equipment per work instructions.
• Fabricate polyurethane and related materials for subassemblies.
• Load and operate production equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Record data and time using computers (Excel, Autotime).
• Identify tooling and materials compatible with processing steps.
