Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an onsite Production Worker II - 1st Shift (Mon-Thu 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Fri 5:00 am–1:30 pm). You will work with 10–20 composite technicians to assemble naval parts, follow standard work, operate presses, ovens, and autoclaves, and ensure defect-free parts for quality control.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain forklift certification. Prior aerospace/marine manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble naval parts under supervision, following procedures.
• Operate presses, ovens, autoclaves and hand tools safely.
• Verify parts for defects before inspection.
• Cross-train within the department and support manufacturing operations.
