Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies in Kirkland, WA, designs and manufactures complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials for extreme environments, from commercial to military aircraft. We seek a dependable Production Worker to ensure end-to-end delivery, reliability, conformity, and quality of our manufacturing outputs while supporting operations.

The role offers starting pay at $28.11 per hour with clear advancement to $40.88 and potential to $50.25 per hour as you complete trainings

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including standing and walking throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation (8-10 hours per shift).
• Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Must be able to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery required for the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, or platforms, as required.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes, respirators, or other safety gear.
