We seek a dependable Production Worker to ensure end-to-end delivery, reliability, conformity, and quality of our manufacturing outputs while supporting operations.

The role offers starting pay at $28.11 per hour with clear advancement to $40.88 and potential to $50.25 per hour as you complete trainings

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including standing and walking throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation (8-10 hours per shift).
• Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.

The Production Worker is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery, reliability, conformity, and quality of our Kirkland manufacturing outputs, while supporting high-quality production operations.

Our union positions start at $28.11 per hour and offer a clear path for advancement. Employees can progress to $40.88 per hour within approximately 18 months through completion of training and skill development milestones. In addition, qualified employees have the opportunity to bid into higher-level positions paying up to $50.25 per hour, providing exceptional long-term earning potential and career growth.

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Worker to support a variety of manufacturing and material handling operations. This position involves assisting with production processes, material movement, packaging, recordkeeping, and supporting machine operators as needed. Successful candidates will be willing to learn multiple tasks, follow safety requirements, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including standing and walking throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation (8-10 hours per shift).
