Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies seeks a dependable Production Worker for its Kirkland, WA facility. The role supports manufacturing and material handling, assists machine operators, and helps ensure on-time, quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires safety focus, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for extended shifts, and a willingness to learn multiple tasks while wearing PPE and following procedures to support continuous production.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk 8-10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching.
• Able to operate tools, equipment, and machinery as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands/wrists/arms.
• Able to climb stairs, ladders, or platforms.
• Must wear PPE (glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes, respirators).
• Must respond to alarms and communications in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Support production processes and material handling operations.
• Assist with packaging, recordkeeping, and moving materials.
• Support machine operators and learn multiple tasks.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to timely, accurate production output.
