Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to foster a safety-first culture.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, safety standards, and quality control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Lead and guide a team to achieve operational goals.
• Plan and schedule work to meet production demands.
• Enforce quality control measures and ensure compliance.
• Identify training needs and develop team members.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Communicate updates to Operations Manager and report metrics.
