Job summary

Lifesaving Systems, based in Apollo Beach, FL, is seeking aProduction Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations on the factory floor. You will ensure work orders are completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and on schedule, while coordinating with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, and Quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a related environment.
• Experience leading production employees.
• Experience working in an ERP/MRP-driven manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Production Execution: prioritize and assign work orders, monitor progress, and address delays.
• Identify shortages, capacity constraints, or equipment issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, and Quality to resolve constraints.
• Provide direct supervision and daily direction to production staff on the floor.
• Set and communicate clear safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and conduct expectations.
• Train and develop employees and cross-train to improve manufacturing flexibility.
