Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production and maintenance activities in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with planning, engineering, and HR to support a high-performing manufacturing team.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing or repair, strong Lean and KPI capabilities, and solid communication skills. FAA-related qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• A&P license or repairman certificate is a plus.
• Experience in repair stations or manufacturing environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality across operations.
• Drive production metrics, on-time delivery, and productivity.
• Report daily/weekly production performance data.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and engineering across shifts.
• Maintain stocks and ensure proper equipment status and 5S standards.
