Job summary

Chromalloy seeks an Operations Management professional to champion safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will drive production metrics, coordinate with planning, and manage WIP while maintaining FAA repairmen readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role requires lean manufacturing know-how, KPI delivery, strong communication across shifts and functions, and hands-on shop floor leadership. Proficiency in Excel/ERP and a solid track record in performance improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; manufacturing experience valued.
• 4+ years experience or training in repair/manufacturing settings.
• FAA repairman qualifications or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality while driving on-time delivery.
• Lead production metrics, wage of WIP with planning to meet monthly plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensure shop floor status, 5S standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Provide performance reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
