Consolidated Precision Products Corp. is seeking an Aerospace Production Supervisor – Titanium Investment Castings in Albany, Oregon. The role leads a shift, drives safety, quality, throughput and cost, and mentors production personnel to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Lean and/or continuous improvement knowledge required.
• Pull production methodologies.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
• Experience managing team and providing feedback.
• Coaching team members to encourage problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a zero-injury culture through continuous improvement and engagement.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and performance feedback.
• Coordinate hiring/terminations within the area of responsibility.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve safety and throughput.
• Ensure parts are produced per procedures and specifications.
• Maintain right-first-time performance and on-time delivery.
