Job summary

Powerus is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead assembly and test teams on one or more production lines in Rock Hill, SC. The role focuses on staffing, training, safety, quality, and daily output against plan.

The candidate will supervise assemblers and technicians, manage shift staffing, track output and quality, enforce safety, and coordinate with planning and engineering to drive continuous improvement. US-person status is not required here.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing to production schedules and output targets.
• Working knowledge of safety and quality practices in manufacturing.
• Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and production reporting.
• Prior supervision of hourly production staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assemblers and technicians on assigned production lines.
• Assign work and manage shift staffing against the production schedule.
• Track daily output, quality, and labor efficiency and report against plan.
• Enforce safety practices and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure work instructions are followed and elevate process issues to engineering.
• Coordinate material availability with planning and receiving.
• Train new team members and maintain training records.
• Lead daily production meetings and drive continuous improvement actions.
