Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing production teams and drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. You will assign schedules, develop employees, and implement process improvements while upholding accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring customer commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and shop floor processes.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and other departments to meet customer commitments.
• Ensure materials, supplies, equipment, and staffing are available to support production plans.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, routing instructions, and job orders for employees.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop employees to build capability and performance.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives.
• Monitor production metrics and communicate performance results to leadership.
