Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience (+2 years).
• Strong understanding of production procedures, standards and knowledge of Quality Control Standards and systems.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, plus 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Leads production and assembly activities to meet schedule and quality.
• Coaches and trains team members; conducts meetings and delegates.
• Collaborates with purchasing and engineering to implement changes and revisions.
• Maintains safety and lean manufacturing practices; drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures production functions are completed per standards and deadlines.
