Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry work experience.

• Experience with ERP systems and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production scheduling tools and WIP tracking.
• Coordinate material flow and staging to support production and testing.
• Monitor part movement and ensure timely delivery between production locations.
• Manage physical movement of parts from warehouse through production resources.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of parts throughout the process.
• Collaborate with planning to resolve floor shortages and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain and communicate schedule goals and metrics to leadership.
• Assist with escalation and action item updates for project teams.
• Create and maintain reports highlighting needs, deliverables and constraints.
