Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations).
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, or related field.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems or production-tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track engine assemblies, subassemblies and components through the manufacturing process.
• Monitor daily production priorities and support execution of scheduled work orders.
• Identify issues that may impact production timelines and communicate escalation as needed.
• Support daily production meetings with updates and schedule priorities.
• Help maintain accurate work-order data within ERP/MRP and MES systems.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to improve production flow.
