Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations).
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or operations experience (internships/co-ops acceptable).
• Exposure to ERP/MRP or production-tracking tools preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, scheduling, or operations concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Track engine assemblies and components through the manufacturing process.
• Monitor daily production priorities and support scheduled work orders.
• Identify issues impacting delivery (material shortages, quality holds, tooling delays, documentation gaps).
• Support daily production meetings with updates and schedule priorities.
• Escalate risks to supervisors to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining accurate work order data in ERP/MRP and MES systems.
• Help communicate production priorities to shop floor personnel.
• Support data entry and reporting related to production performance.
